Jesus taught one is either with me or against me in Mt. 12:30 proving there is absolutely no neutrality and NO compromise with the Lord Jesus:

He who is not with me is against me, and he who does not gather with me scatters. (Mat 12:30)
You can’t straddle the fence with Jesus!
Forget about lukewarmness, for the lukewarm will be spued out of Jesus’ body (Rev. 3:16)! Jesus himself will expel you from his body over this! You are in a battle and the losers get executed! You must fully, and unashamedly follow the Lord Jesus Christ to reap eternal life (Gal. 6:8,9).
Jesus is the pivotal and decisive salvation issue. He sets the conditions for salvation and has the words of eternal life (Jn. 6:68)! In fact, he is eternal life (1 John 1:1,2; 5:12). Without Jesus you can’t have eternal life or the heavenly Father (1 John 2:23). Again, Jesus said you are with me or against me. It is that simple and that narrow of a way. The road to life is a hard road, but the only road to life (Mt. 7:14). All other paths lead to destruction. Many who counted the cost and paid the price of being Jesus’ disciple (Lk. 14:33), start the race, then after awhile turn back and never finish their race! They never enter God’s kingdom after death! They are in HELL now! To be an overcomer you must run your race with perseverance and endure to the end with a pure heart (Mt. 5:8). We must keep our eyes on Jesus, regardless who around us may fall by the wayside, just like a natural battle with mortal casualties occurring. I personally have seen various people fall away I thought would never backslide. The Bible has a stirring list of spiritual casualties and warnings about such!
The Antichrist Implication of With Me or Against Me
Also, when Jesus, the Alpha and Omega said you are with me or against me he was pointing out all the antichrist type people around us — those against him who might not even know it! In God’s eyes, those trying to be neutral are actually against Jesus, because they aren’t with Jesus! We need to be open about our commitment to Jesus. Many may be religious, but they are also spiritually dead and lost without Jesus as their personal king. TAKE WARNING and don’t join those who:
- reject Jesus,
- minimize Jesus’ deity,
- discard Jesus’ teachings
- disbelieve his with me or against me ultimatum.
