Muslim Becomes Christian and Gets Acids In Face

Islam is not only NOT a peaceful religion, it is the most violent of all religions on earth!  Don’t believe the propaganda that it is peaceful. Here is video proof that a Muslim, who converted to Christian, was ambushed with acid in his face! Without a doubt, Islam is not a religion of peace towards non Muslims (Surah 8:12; 8:39; 47:4) and especially those who wisely convert to Christianity.  For the man in the video, his wonderful conversion to Christianity started with a dream as you will see.

NOTE: All dreams are NOT from God, but certainly some are! Since that man’s dream helped to bring him out of the spiritual darkness of Islam and into the glorious light of Christianity, we can only conclude he had a dream sent by God.

Sudden Destruction

Are you careful and think you’re physically safe from deadly harm? Maybe death is much closer than you realize!  Your approaching death might be at the door and ready to over take you!

We all have a terminal disease and something will bring us down to the grave. Guard your heart first and foremost at all times (Prov. 4:23). Be slow to speak, quick to listen and quick to forgive others (James 1:19; Mt. 6:14,15). You might not have an opportunity for a “death bed repentance” like the one dying thief did who went to Paradise after his spirit departed from his earthly tent.  The Bible says:

In your anger do not sin; when you are on your beds, search your hearts and be silent. Selah  (Psa 4:4)

QUESTION: How often are you on your beds and should search your hearts to make sure you are clean spiritually? The answer is daily, because you go to bed everyday to sleep! Don’t be deceived by those who say:

Stay ready to go. Your turn is coming and most will go to hell (Mt. 7:13,14)! Don’t follow the crowd. Be righteously different. There is no Universalism!

Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda (False Christ) Has Died

False Christ Jose Luis de Jesus MirandaThe Lord Jesus warned that at the end of the age there would be false christs and other religious deceivers who would appear and Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda was implied:

For false Christs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and miracles to deceive the elect–if that were possible.  So be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time.  (Mark 13:22,23)

Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda Is Prophecy Fulfilled

Without question, the former convict and now deceased Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda is a fulfillment of Bible prophecy. That man not only claimed to be Jesus Christ, he also claimed to be the antichrist! How he could do a pendulum swing in his teachings like that and maintain followers, including at least one millionaire, is shocking!

Josefina Torres, Wife Of Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda

Josefina TorresThe ex-wife of Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda, who claimed to be Jesus Christ and founder of the Florida-based Growing in Grace cult movement, confirmed his death via YouTube last week.  However, his organization assured the media that he is still alive because they believe Miranda is immortal.

Miranda claimed to be Jesus Christ and the antichrist, telling his followers to get “666” tattooed on their hands at one point as a sign that they believed in him. Josefina Torres, who was married to Miranda for seven years, made the video with the purpose to expose the “lies” behind her ex-husband’s “business,” and called out his church leaders who have made a profit from “naive followers.”

“I am confirming his death and I’m the only one making it publicly known because I don’t want to be a part of the lies that have betrayed people for so long. I can’t continue people’s faith, beliefs and feelings to be hurt any longer,” said Torres…. Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda Deceiving

The doctrine of false Christ, Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda was a touch of Jehovah’s Witnesses, Christian Science, Unity School of Christianity, Calvinism and his own:

The Party Is Over For Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda

Now that the charade is over for Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda since he died, hopefully some of his followers will find eternal life in the real Jesus Christ, who denied all of the above four tenets. The party is over for false Christ Jose Luis de Jesus Miranda.

The USA Mission Field

usa mission fieldThe United States is a definite mission field, just like the rest of the world. Our country is NOT a Christian nation though many call it that. Please see the below map which shows the various religious beliefs scattered throughout the USA. As bad as the statistics are, remember that the so-called evangelical group, the one which should be closest to the true Biblical message, has been ruined beyond recovery by the heresies of once saved always saved, the Prosperity message and Ecumenical Unity, just to mention three.

According to this same map, the largest population of:

(Click above link to see map.)

To find a Biblically sound local church in the United States now is extremely hard. Many dear saints would love to have such a local congregation in their area, but remain disappointed. In our day of apostasy, the saints have to learn to feed themselves spiritually and hold on to what they have, for often there will be no like minded Christian around to teach, correct, rebuke and/or encourage! Remember, we Christians are not left completely alone, as lonely as it might be, for the Holy Spirit (the Comforter) is with is. That however, doesn’t mean we can just relax and drift our way into God’s kingdom. We must remain guarded and carefully watch ourselves. It could always be worse than it is for us! Imagine what it was like for Lot in his day as he lived in Sodom! There were NO sound churches, prayer meetings or anything else that would spiritually edify him. You have it much better than he did! Rejoice in the Lord and continue to draw near him. Remember 2 Peter 1:5-10 as to what to add to your faith to make your calling and election sure.

Nehushtan

The Lord Jesus literally referred to (Nehushtan) the bronze snake on the pole event in Moses’ day, which helps clarify how to become saved by looking to Jesus. Even though the bronze snake was once God’s means of deliverance, it later became a stumbling block. Carefully focus in upon what Jesus taught:

Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the desert, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes in him may have eternal life.  (John 3:14,15)

Look At The Bronze Snake and Live

After their miraculous deliverance out of Egypt, the Israelites grumbled about their circumstances. God judged them with poisonous snakes:

They spoke against God and against Moses, and said, “Why have you brought us up out of Egypt to die in the desert? There is no bread! There is no water! bronze serpent nehushtanAnd we detest this miserable food!” Then the LORD sent venomous snakes among them; they bit the people and many Israelites died. The people came to Moses and said, “We sinned when we spoke against the LORD and against you. Pray that the LORD will take the snakes away from us.” So Moses prayed for the people. The LORD said to Moses, “Make a snake and put it up on a pole; anyone who is bitten can look at it and live.” So Moses made a bronze snake and put it up on a pole. Then when anyone was bitten by a snake and looked at the bronze snake, he lived. (Num 21:5-9)

The Hebrew word for “look” in verse 8 means gaze and stare at, while the word in v. 9 means look intently at. That is what we must do with Jesus to have the eternal life. That is likened unto believing on Jesus and equals obeying him. Jesus must be the object of our faith. He is our hope and deliverance. He alone is the Savior (Acts 4:12). Note the following important salvation observations:

  • Jesus is the focus of our attention and not Jesus and another with him including the Father, Mary, a church denomination, baptism, etc.
  • Moses was the spiritual leader, but the Israelites had to look to the bronze snake for deliverance. If they looked to Moses they would die!
  • As the bronze serpent was lifted up on a pole, Jesus was lifted up on the cross to die for our sins.

Nehushtan

That same bronze serpent lifted up on a pole, many years later became a spiritual stumbling block to Israel and was known as Nehushtan:

He did what was right in the eyes of the LORD, just as his father David had done. He removed the high places, smashed the sacred stones and cut down the Asherah poles. He broke into pieces the bronze snake Moses had made, for up to that time the Israelites had been burning incense to it. (It was called Nehushtan.) Hezekiah trusted in the LORD, the God of Israel. There was no one like him among all the kings of Judah, either before him or after him. (2 Ki 18:3-5)

Alongside various idolatrous objects such as the so-called sacred stones and Asherah poles was the same bronze snake Moses made! The Israelites were burning incense to it and it was called Nehushtan! Hezekiah destroyed it for the sake of the people. What was once a means of deliverance from the lethal effects of a venomous snake bite had later become a stumbling block. (Nehushtan has some similarities to Catholics and their relics. A relic could be a bone fragment from a Catholic saint, etc.) The point is, the people in Hezekiah’s day went beyond the purpose of the bronze snake. They were to look at it in Moses’ day, not burn incense to it! God never told them to burn incense to it. Besides venomous snake bites were not a danger at that later point. By going to that religious extreme, that same bronze snake became harmful.

The Cross of Christ

Is it possible to go beyond the cross of Christ? Yes! The cross is where the Lord Jesus, with his precious blood, bought our redemption, but the cross has also been exaggerated and distorted by some as the bronze serpent on the pole was! Some in our day misuse the cross as backing for the dangerous heresy of eternal security! Charles Stanley repeatedly does this. There is absolutely NO Biblical connection between the cross of Christ and the damnable heresy of eternal security. The infinite cross of Christ doesn’t change the fact that backsliders die spiritually when they turn to evil, as various Scriptures reveal. Jesus’ death on the cross won’t change that and the Bible writers knew it.

We can learn a very important truth about rightly dividing Scripture from Nehushtan. We must NOT go beyond what is written (1 Cor. 4:6) and must be careful to follow God’s truth exactly as it is stated. Jesus’ sacrificial death on the cross is where he died. The cross itself should NOT be worshiped. It is the heavenly Father and Jesus who should be worshiped. Jesus is the focus for eternal life. Jesus is the one our eyes must look intently on as we follow him, if we want eternal life. Remember this about Nehushtan.

Response To An Apostate

apostate[Bible Answer] Greetings in Jesus’ name. Thank you for writing in an effort to help me, but there are some things which you have overlooked by accepting Calvinistic election and eternal security. To believe you are elect is to believe God overlooked most people, without them HAVING ANY CHANCE to accept salvation, to pick you. That tends to generate pride, which God opposes. Your new belief says multitudes of non-elect people will, therefore, burn forever in the lake of fire without ever having a chance to be saved!  That view of God is not only unscriptural, it is a serious attack on his just and loving character. The Bible teaches God wants all people to be saved (2 Pet. 3:9; 1 Tim. 2:4; Acts 17:30; etc.) and Jesus draws all to himself (Jn. 12:32). Man’s free will to reject God’s terms of salvation is the reason people go to hell. It is not because they were created non elect and given the “horrible decree.”

I am absolutely positive that eternal security is as counterfeit as a $17 bill and as mythical as the Easter bunny. With that truth solidly based on Scripture and locked away in my heart, I have GREAT JOY AND PEACE. I know I have salvation now, but I also know it is my responsibility, under grace, to hold on to what I have (Rev. 3:11) and continue to sow to please the Spirit without giving up to reap eternal life (Gal. 6:8,9). To live a godly life will attract persecution (2 Tim. 3:12), but Christians must endure such hatred to the end to be saved (Mt. 10:22 cf. Heb. 3:14).  Some won’t continue, even though it is God’s will. Some will fall away (Lk. 8:13), others will be carried away by strange teachings, while yet some others will be spewed out of the body of Christ for lukewarmness (Rev. 3:16) or cut off from Christ over fruitlessness (Jn. 15:1-6). See Possible Spiritual Tragedies Between Initial and Final Salvation.

We are saved by grace (Eph. 2:8,9) but we can fall from grace (Gal. 5:2-4). We are justified by faith (Rom. 5:1) but our faith can become shipwrecked (1 Tim. 1:19,20) and cease to exist (Lk. 8:13; Rom. 11:19-23). We are not under the law (Rom. 6:14, 15) but if you live according to the sinful nature you will die (Rom. 8:13). Paul taught against legalism (Gal. 5:3,4) but he also taught that no immoral, impure or greedy person has any inheritance in the kingdom of Christ and of God (Eph. 5:5-7). We are not saved by works (Eph. 2:8,9) but to reap eternal life and not destruction you must sow to please the Spirit and not the sinful nature (Gal. 6:8,9). God is faithful to us (1 Jn. 1:9; 1 Cor. 10:13) but we must be faithful to him to the very end of our lives to escape the lake of fire or second death (Rev. 2:10,11). God surely loves us (Jn. 3:16; Mk. 10:21; Rom. 8:35-39) but those who inherit the kingdom of God love God (Jam 2:5; 1 Cor. 2:9) and to love God means to obey his commands (Jn. 14:15; 1 Jn. 5:3). We have freedom in Christ (Gal. 5:1) but this freedom is not to indulge the sinful nature (Gal. 5:13; 1 Pet 2:16). The Believer's Conditional SecurityThese Christian beliefs are all Bible-based and evangelical.

If you once read, “The Believer’s Conditional Security,” please reread it again and verify the hundreds of Scriptures in it with your own Bible. Your soul is in the greatest danger since you now deny part of the gospel (1 Cor. 15:2) and are putting forth ZERO EFFORT to enter through the narrow door, when Jesus said to put forth EVERY EFFORT (Lk. 13:23,24).  Please reconsider these salvation related issues. Try the Bible Questions quiz.

Following & Trusting in Jesus 100% For My Salvation,
Dan Corner

PS: Nowhere does the Bible teach inner peace is the test of sound doctrine, which was lacking in you when you rejected eternal security.

Demon Possession

Demons are real and so is demon possession, yet many deny their very existence. Many believe in angels, but few seem to believe in demons. One step beyond the belief in demons is the belief in demonic possession.demon possession Some people are demonically possessed. In the Bible we read of a person who was demonically possessed with thousands of demons (Mk. 5:2-20). How that man got thousands of demons is a Bible mystery. It doesn’t say. However, we know how the demons adversely affected his behavior:

  • he lived in the tombs,
  • no one could bind him anymore, not even with a chain because of his exceptional strength,
  • night and day among the tombs and in the hills he would cry out and cut himself with stones,
  • he wore no clothes (Luke 8:27).

How Did The Demon Possessed Get Those Demons?

Some demon possessed people seem to fit into society much better than the aforementioned example. demon possessionMany such people are walking free in society, but with much slighter problems. The question again rises, how did they get those demons? One definite answer is occult involvement. Dabbling with the Ouija board or any form of spiritism is spiritually dangerous and should always be strictly avoided. Chanting is another way people can get a demon, especially when they actually want to have a demon!

Demons Enter and Leave Through The Mouth

According to the personal testimony of a woman out of whom I cast a demon, that demon left by coming up out of her throat, to her mouth then out of her body!  Conversely, the below video testimony is of a man (and his brother, who was a serial killer) who got a demon by chanting. The demons entered their bodies through their mouths and down their throats! He said it felt like insect tentacles!

BTW, the demon possessed man in the video, giving his testimony, gave NO evidence the demon was ever cast out of him by a Christian in Jesus’ name!

It Could Always Be Worse

The following short video has a powerful message behind it. We can all benefit by it, especially Christians!

The Christian life is a life of adversities.  It is impossible in this cursed world system to have the proverbial bed of roses if you are living godly (2 Tim. 3:12), and you must live godly to be a Christian (Lk. 8:21; Heb. 12:14; Rev. 21:27). Regarding riches, Paul told Timothy:

But godliness with contentment is great gain. For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs. (1 Tim 6:6-10)

Personal circumstances could always be worse. It is extremely hard for the rich to enter God’s kingdom (Mk. 10:25). Furthermore, regarding entering God’s kingdom, the poor have the advantage, according to Scripture:

Listen, my dear brothers: Has not God chosen those who are poor in the eyes of the world to be rich in faith and to inherit the kingdom he promised those who love him?  (James 2:5)

I Have Decided To Follow Jesus

The wonderful Christian song, I Have Decided To Follow Jesus, not only has solid, blessed Bible-based lyrics, but the martyrdom origin of its composition makes it even better!

I Have Decided To Follow Jesus and The Martyr

Its account goes like this. A Christian missionary went to India and converted a whole family to the Lord Jesus from a head hunter tribe about 150 years ago. The man’s faith influenced other villagers to be converted too. That angered the tribal chief, who had the entire village assemble, including the family who initially converted to Christianity. That family was told to renounce their faith or die. In reply the husband and father sang, I have decided to follow Jesus. (3 times) No turning back, no turning back.

The tribal chief ordered archers to kill his two sons. As they were dying the chief asked him again to renounce his faith or lose his wife too. He replied in song again — The world behind me, the cross before me. (3 times) No turning back, no turning back.

The chief ordered his wife to be shot with arrows and she died. Finally the chief said, “I will give you one more opportunity to deny your faith and live.” With that he sang out, Though none go with me, still I will follow. (3 Times) No turning back, no turning back.

He too was shot and died. His faithfulness to the point of death not only saved him from the lake of fire (Rev. 2:10,11), it also affected the village chief himself and the whole village to afterwards become Christians!

Make I Have Decided To Follow Jesus a Favorite

Dear reader, consider making I Have Decided To Follow Jesus one of your own personal praise and worship songs to the Lord! To make a solid stand for God, even in the face of death, may be required of you! I Have Decided To Follow Jesus is one musical sermon which should bless you and help give your courage to continue on even if it means becoming a martyr yourself.

Whale Graveyard Atop a Desert Hill

In November 2011, approximately 80 whale skeletons were discovered in the Atacama Desert in Chile! Authorities wonder how could that happen, but don’t include the possibility of the worldwide Great Flood in Noah’s day!

More than 2 million years ago, scores of whales congregating off the Pacific Coast of South America mysteriously met their end.

Maybe they became disoriented and beached themselves. Maybe they were trapped in a lagoon by a landslide or a storm. Maybe they died there over a period of a few millennia. But somehow, they ended up right next to one another, many just meters (yards) apart, entombed as the shallow sea floor was driven upward by geological forces and transformed into the driest place on the planet.

Today, the whales have emerged again atop a desert hill more than a kilometer (half a mile) from the surf. (http://latino.foxnews.com/latino/news/2011/11/20/whales-in-desert-fossil-bonanza-poses-mystery/print, bold print mine)

Though not absolute proof for the Great Flood, that find is certainly possible evidence for it. May the sceptics wake up to spiritual reality and the accuracy of the Bible. When one gets set free from his sin addictions (Rom. 6:22) by humbly crying out to God for mercy and repenting of sin to commit himself to serve God (1 Thess. 1:9), such a liberating experience is indisputable proof that the Bible is the word of God and one day we will all answer to Almighty God.
