The whole month of May has been set apart in Catholicism as a special time to honor and venerate Mary!may is mary month mariolatry That is not too surprising if you know much about Roman Catholicism and their exaltation of Mary! Their Mary has been super exalted to a place where she is the sinless sovereign ruler (with Jesus) of the universe and dispenser of ALL GRACE! She is sitting on the sovereign throne, but God the Father isn’t! Just from that it should be apparent that Roman Catholicism has a fabricated Mary, not the real Mary of the Bible, who also needed a Savior (Lk. 1:47). Idolatry is seen in all that. In spite of the clarity of such idolatry, some will close their eyes and stubbornly deny it. However, when we consider the pagan and idolatrous roots of May being set apart for various pagan goddesses, it becomes more clear that idolatry is interwoven with the Catholic view of their fabricated Mary – Mariolatry! These are little known facts about May being Mary month, a whole month to specially honor the Catholic Mary goddess.

Do ALL People Get Drawn To Jesus Or Just Some

free will election calvinism double predestinationIt seems that many people have misread a Scripture often used to support the Calvinistic view of election (John 6:44) or heard that same passage taught in such a way that they have read into it something which is NOT there! To view a Scripture with preconceived ideas of what it says can be very dangerous! This text teaching will prove that to be true. Such is not the way to study the Bible. Carefully read Jesus’ teaching, without reading into it anything beyond what is stated:

No one can come to me unless the Father who sent me draws him, and I will raise him up at the last day. (John 6:44)

Gospel Observations

  • The Father must draw people before they can come to Jesus
  • The Father draws people to Jesus (not to himself or Jesus and Mary)
  • Jesus will raise such a person up in the last day

What John 6:44 does NOT say is the Father only draws some people to Jesus! Please read John 6:44 again and you will be able to verify that. So the answer to how many people (some or all) are drawn to Jesus is NOT answered in John 6:44. Other Scriptures answer that important theological question for us. That is why we must compare Scripture with Scripture when studying the Bible. Note other related Scriptures which add additional light to the question about all or some people being drawn to Jesus:

  • But I, when I am lifted up from the earth, will draw all men to myself. (John 12:32) [NOTE: The same Greek word for draw is found in John 6:44 and John 12:32!]
  • The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise, as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance. (2 Pet 3:9)
  • This is good, and pleases God our Savior, who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth. (1 Tim 2:3,4)
  • and in every sort of evil that deceives those who are perishing. They perish because they refused to love the truth and so be saved. (2 Thess 2:10)

How Many Are Drawn To Jesus Answered:

  • Jesus draws ALL people to himself (not just some)
  • Jesus draws people to Jesus (not to the Father and/or Mary too)
  • God does NOT want anyone to perish
  • One must REPENT to avoid perishing
  • God wants ALL TO BE SAVED and come to a knowledge of the truth
  • The people who do perish, perish because they refuse (their own choice) to love the truth and be saved.

These additional eternal life truths illuminate John 6:44, to clearly reveal that all five point Calvinists (John MacArthur, etc.) have MISUSED and read into John 6:44 trying to force out support for unconditional election, when NONE is there! Furthermore, the ramification of their dogma is that God has created some people to NEVER have a chance at salvation. The god of Calvinism created them and they will burn forever in a fiery place prepared for the devil and his angels (Mt. 25:41)! Most shockingly, Calvinism also teaches INFANT DAMNATION for the non-elect babies! The mythical god of Calvinism is a cruel god, who forces himself on some and doesn’t allow all to come to eternal life! Such is also known as the Horrible Decree. John 6:44 is a passage which could be added to Scriptures often used out of context! Unconditional election is NOT the salvation offered by the Lord Jesus! ALL PEOPLE CAN COME TO JESUS FOR SALVATION:

Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. (Mat 11:28,29)

Do you know Jesus Christ NOW (1 John 2:3,4)? Do you know how to find peace with God? IF you are NOT set free from your sin addictions NOW, you are NOT a Christian now (Rom. 6:22)!

More and more shocking electronic computer type advancements continue to be released to the general public as competition expands to hook consumers on wearing devices. The Cicret Bracelet is such (but certainly just the tip of the iceberg of what the ruling world powers have at their fingertips even at this moment). The aim of this bracelet is to replace a phone or tablet. With a flick of the wrist, it can project images on the user’s arm to enable them to surf the web, read emails, make phone calls, etc.! The cost should be just over $470.

What this means for the generation that will be alive when the antichrist comes into power is that there will be NO ESCAPE. You won’t be able to hide in the woods or in a cave and not be detected! Especially with all the technology now present and yet futuristic, no one will go by unnoticed. See Rev. 13:7. IF you are alive during that time you will have to be standing firm and willing to die physically to overcome! If you disown Jesus, he will disown you (Mt. 10:33). Don’t deceive yourself into thinking other righteous people of the past were severely tested unto death, but you won’t be! Rev. 12:11, is always vital, but perhaps the most relevant verse for that time period. You must be able to STAND ALONE FOR GOD. Remember these precious eternal truths:

They overcame him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death. (Rev 12:11)

Remember also Rev. 21:1-8!

Keith Martin, Gluttony and Eating Disorders

Keith Martin, a 44 year old 980 pound London man has died. Sadly, Keith Martin, who consumed 20,000 calories a day, was a prime example of a Biblical glutton. In our day, his label has been changed to having an “eating disorder.” The obese Keith Martin allegedly ate food for comfort! That reveals the core problem. Somehow he got comfort and satisfaction from eating and drinking VERY large qualities of food and drink to his own physical demise.

Food Temptations

Years ago, I remember reading where a similar super heavy weight died and was buried in a piano case! glutton keith martinAs with Keith Martin these are all horrible tragedies – tragedies of a wasted life as with Elvis Presley and Whitney Houston! Very sad! Many things in this world can destroy us and sometimes the obvious ones (like street drugs and alcohol) are not the culprit that will bring us down. Food is something we must all eat, but as with Keith Martin it can be carried to a deadly excess. Food can actually become a sinful temptation! It was that way with Adam and Eve. Also, the devil tempted Jesus, when he was fasting, with FOOD (Lk. 4:3)! Remember, food (or anything else) is not our source of comfort and delight. GOD is that and much more! IF we try to find comfort in anything or anyone apart from the true and living God, it will lead to our destruction. Solomon wrote about Gluttony:

When you sit to dine with a ruler, note well what is before you, and put a knife to your throat if you are given to gluttony. Do not crave his delicacies, for THAT FOOD IS DECEPTIVE. (Prov 23:1-3)

Food can be deceptive, just like many other things in this world. Only GOD is the real thing and can bring deep satisfying joy and peace. Paul went through MANY problems as he lived holy and faithfully served God. He wrote of our true source of COMFORT:

Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the GOD OF ALL COMFORT, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves have received from God. (2 Cor 1:3,4)

Paul never turned to food for comfort and neither should we. He turned to God, as we all should, for all our needs. Paul also wrote:

For, as I have often told you before and now say again even with tears, many live as enemies of the cross of Christ. Their destiny is destruction, THEIR GOD IS THEIR STOMACH, and their glory is in their shame. Their mind is on earthly things. But our citizenship is in heaven. And we eagerly await a Savior from there, the Lord Jesus Christ, (Phil 3:18-20)

Make your short life count for God. Once it is gone, it can’t be redone. SOULS are perishing and multitudes are misled and need Bible truth and guidance. Don’t become another tragedy of a wasted life!

Every five years animals (buffaloes, goats and birds) are sacrificed to the Hindu goddess of power. Nearly one million people gather at a temple in Nepal for the Gadhimai festival, thinking prosperity and protection can result.

Without the light (truth) of the Bible to guide us, all readers of this could believe in that empty form of paganism too!hindu goddess While that type of sacrifice occurs, other Hindus bathe in the Ganges River thinking they are washing away their sins by doing so! Muslims kiss a black stone at Kaaba and Catholics have their infant baptism and confession of sins to a priest! Our days are dark, souls continue to perish and the vital need to spread the real gospel remains:

He [Jesus] told them, “The harvest is plentiful, but the workers are few. Ask the Lord of the harvest, therefore, to send out workers into his harvest field.” (Luke 10:2)

It is ONLY in the true gospel of Jesus Christ that one can get his sins forgiven, upon repentance and faith in Jesus Christ. Without that truth, people grope in darkness trying to find spiritual help, but doing it all in vain. Jesus is the only way to the Father. It is a very NARROW WAY!

What Is It Like To Be Filled With The Holy Spirit

After I left the Catholic church, I went to a congregation which ultra exalted talking in tongues. filled with the Holy SpiritIf you were not talking in tongues there, you were mostly treated like a third class Christian, if you were saved at all! To some who magnify tongues to that degree, talking in tongues is the epitome of spiritual maturity. 1 Corinthians refutes that notion of tongue talkers being mature spiritually! But in reality, what is it really like to be filled with the Holy Spirit? Only the Bible can reveal the answers and here they are!

What Is It Like To Be Filled With The Holy Spirit

The Seven were all filled with the Holy Spirit (Acts 6:3). The same were all humble enough to wait on tables (Acts 6:1-3). We only have the details about Stephen and Philip. Both were exemplary, but WHY? They were SOUL WINNERS, who were fearless and bold. They knew the scriptures and had miracle producing faith! Stephen stood alone as he scathingly rebuked the murderous Sanhedrin, which led to his martyrdom. Philip, the evangelist, was a super zealous soul winner, who traveled and won souls.

Barnabas was another Christian filled with the Holy Spirit:

When he arrived and saw the evidence of the grace of God, he was glad and encouraged them all to remain true to the Lord with all their hearts. He was a good man, full of the Holy Spirit and faith, and a great number of people were brought to the Lord. (Acts 11:23,24)

As with others his emphasis was SOULS too, not a financial prosperity message, as with Joseph Prince or the other gospel of greed teachers. For Barnabas, at Acts 11:23,24 it was after initial salvation (with new converts) remaining true to the Lord Jesus, and later as he traveled with Paul on missionary trips, SOULS coming to initial salvation.

With Peter, on the day of Pentecost and afterwards his messages showed the emphasis was the salvation of the souls always being primary (Acts 2; Acts 4; Acts 10). He traveled with his wife (1 Cor. 9:5).

Peter never made excuses for wickedness, as many preachers do in our day. He confronted Ananias and Sapphira for their lies, before God struck them dead. People filled with the Spirit of God hate lies and injustice. Paul was like that too, who boldly confronted Elymas:

Then Saul, who was also called Paul, filled with the Holy Spirit, looked straight at Elymas and said,  “You are a child of the devil and an enemy of everything that is right! You are full of all kinds of deceit and trickery. Will you never stop perverting the right ways of the Lord?”  (Acts 13:9,10)

It is God’s will for souls to be saved. Getting filled with the Holy Spirit is for all Christians (Eph. 5:18) and will give Christians POWER to witness (Acts 1:8). NOTE: Do not think just because someone is “witnessing” they are filled with the Holy Spirit, for that is NOT true! Jehovah’s Witnesses, Mormon missionaries, eternal security proponents, Moonies and others do that too at times! They take their false gospel, devoid of power, to the lost which makes it harder for real Christians with the one and only gospel.

You see, you follow a man made religion that came 1500 years after Christ. The Catholic Church has been shown to be the true Church through out the centuries. I read a little piece where you call the Virgin Mary a “Mythical Mary”…We have the evidence of divine revelation, on countless occasions God has revealed Himself by apparitions, and demonstrated His Omnipotence by stupendous, obviously supernatural miracles. Many of these revelations are a matter of authenticated historical record. The Scriptures, for example, are full of such accounts; and in modern times the world has been witness to such Heaven-sent miracles as those at Fatima, Lourdes, and St. Anne de Beaupré in Quebec, Canada, where the cured have left a forest of crutches in testimony….Just to mention only a few of the miracles still on-going in the 20th century, which proves that the Catholic Church is the one true Church. Come out of your heresy before it’s too late. Sola fida and sola Scriptura are false heretical doctrine invented by Martin Luther. God Bles you

Reasoning From The Scriptures

[Bible Answer] Remember, I was once where you are now! I wore the brown scapular and believed in the Fatima visions. I once bowed before graven images and prayed to Mary. What changed me was God’s mercy on my soul – opening my eyes to the truth of scripture. Because I changed and did it the bible way, I was set free from my sin addictions, which happens to all Christians (Romans 6:22), but you don’t have such. The reason you don’t have it is because the sacraments, Mary and being a Catholic are not the way to God. You brought up Marian apparitions, apparently unaware that the Mormons, Seventh Day Adventists and Unification Church all claim unique and authoritative visions from God too, which flatly contradict the Marian apparitions! Reason states all these visions can NOT be from the same supernatural source. Amen! The devil is not in hell now. He does much more than just tempt people to sin. The devil is trying to deceive people and uses apparitions, miracles, dreams, feelings, etc. to do so! How can we identify God’s visions, miracles, etc. from the demonic? We must compare the visions to the Bible. IF the visions/s are from the same source as the Bible they will NOT contradict the Biblical message, but that is NOT the case with Marian apparitions, especially Fatima. Fatima says Mary is “THE WAY” to God and “OUR REFUGE.” The truth is JESUS IS THE WAY TO GOD (John 14:6) and God is our REFUGE (Psa. 46:1; etc.). Hence, I realized I was deceived to believe in the Fatima apparitions. That in turn undercuts the Vatican because they “approved” Fatima and its Mary is THE WAY lie. Only God knows how many are in hell now because of the Fatima message, endorsed by Catholicism. Miracles can come from two sources too. We have this all explained in detail here for your careful examination

The Evolution of The Catholic Church

The Catholic church evolved over the centuries into its present form. For example, NO ONE professing to be a Christian knew or heard of the rosary (and its 15 false promises). That came over 1,000 years later! The same can be said for the brown scapular and miraculous medal.

The Mary myth is most distressing to me. Catholicism teaches she is the sinless, sovereign queen of heaven, who is dispenser of ALL GRACE! She is also supposed to be “our life, sweetness and hope,” but the Bible again violently contradicts these too! So you have a real problem. You can’t logically believe the Bible is from God and these other things too because they are OPPOSITES. I was once there also. The problem was quickly resolved when I chose the Bible as final authority, as it is (2 Tim. 3:16,17).

You hate and oppose me and my message, but it is the truth and what can bring eternal life to you. You are dead in your sins and without God in your present condition. PLEASE read the New Testament and change accordingly. Your eternity depends on it. Get more truth for Catholics here.
